Real Estate Store is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason (for non-customized items), you may return the purchase within 30 days of the ship date - WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees!

E-mail us at hello@realestate-store.com or call us at 772-663-4045 with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is defective or damaged, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.

We do not accept any returns (non-customized items) after 30 days from the ship date.
If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 business days after you receive it, so that we can take care of the issue. Make sure you keep the original box and all the padding material that came with it. To cancel an order (non-customized items), please contact Real Estate Store as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment.
Customised Items
For customised items, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective. This includes custom size, custom color, custom-printed, or custom-built supplies. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your custom items, and we work with you after you place your order (design, proofing process) to ensure that everything is correct before production. If your product is defective, please let us know within 3 days after you receive it, and we will do our best to make it right. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us first.
