Real Estate Store – Return & Exchange Policy
At Real Estate Store, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every order. Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers.
1. Returns & Exchanges – Non-Customized Products Only
We accept returns and exchanges only for non-customized items.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
How to request a return:
Email us at hello@realestate-store.com or call 772-663-4045 with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization.
Once approved, you may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. We do not charge restocking fees.
We do not accept any returns on non-customized items after 30 days.
2. No Returns or Exchanges on Customized Products
Because each custom product is made specifically to your order—including custom names, colors, designs, sizes, and printed elements—all customized products are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom-made items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Before production begins, we work directly with you through the design and proofing process to ensure accuracy of all custom details.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
To process a claim with UPS or USPS, you must keep and save all original materials, including:

The damaged item

The shipping box

All internal packaging materials (bubble wrap, padding, inserts, etc.)
Failure to retain these items may prevent us from filing a successful claim.
Once reported, we will replace the damaged item or issue a refund as appropriate. In these cases, we provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Order Cancellations
For non-customized items:
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued immediately.
For customized items:
Once design work or production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, as materials and labor are allocated specifically for your order.
