Refund policy

At Real Estate Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Because many of our items are custom-made, our return policy differs for customized and non-customized products.
1. Customized / Personalized Products
Most items we sell are custom-made based on the customer’s chosen:
- Names, photos, or personal information
- Colors, fonts, and layout choices
- Sizes, materials, and printed elements
Customized products are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom-made items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your custom item arrives damaged or defective
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email: hello@realestate-store.com
- Include photos of:
1. The damaged item
2. The shipping box
3. All internal packaging
- We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost
- A free return label (prepaid) will be provided if needed
You must retain all packaging materials for UPS/USPS claim processing.
2. Non-Customized Products
For standard (non-personalized) products, returns and exchanges are accepted.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 60 days of delivery
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged or defective: We cover return shipping (cost: $0)
- For all other return reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping (around: $10-$20 depending on the product)
We do not charge restocking fees.
3. Return Countries We Accept
We currently accept returns from:
- United States
- Canada
Returns from other countries are not accepted at this time.
4. How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange:
1. Email hello@realestate-store.com or call 772-663-4045
2. Include your order number and photos if applicable
3. We will issue a Return Authorization and provide instructions
4. If your return qualifies for a prepaid label (damaged/defective), we will email it to you
Returns without prior authorization may be denied.
5. Order Cancellations
Non-Customized Products: Orders may be cancelled before they ship. A full refund will be issued.
Customized Products: Once design work or production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, as materials and labor are allocated specifically for your item.
