Shipping policy

At Real Estate Store, we value every single customer and take the utmost care with your packages. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment on time, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are provided after your order is shipped. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to us, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the items, excluding the shipping fee. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped, you will be charged the standard shipping rate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS or USPS has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us, you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policy.

Processing Time:

We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and for international orders.

Once your payment is authorized and processed, it can take 2-7 business days for your order to ship, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders, including USA and international orders, meet the timeline stated above. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please make sure you leave your email address for the order and shipping confirmation. If for some reason we are experiencing delays in shipping, a notification will be sent out via email or SMS.

USA Orders

Shipping Method: USPS and UPS

Shipping Speed: Priority shipping does not mean you will receive your order 2-3 days after you placed it. PLEASE NOTE that the 2-3 days is the shipping speed for which you paid USPS to deliver your order. First Class Postage: Will take 2-7 days to get to you and is for small packages only, plus the processing time.

Express Shipping: 1-3 days’ delivery.

All express orders will have a 1-2 business day processing time, plus the duration of time in transit.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS or the delivery carrier. Real Estate Store does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
