After placing an order for a customized or personalized product, our team will use a clear and efficient five-step process to create a custom sign that meets your design preferences and personalization details.

- Develop the sign design and provide proofs for you to review.
- Produce the sign using laser cutting, hand painting, and printing if necessary.
- Allow the sign to dry for at least one day.
- Carefully package the sign for safe delivery.

After completing your design, expect to receive your shipment within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping time depends on the carrier and option you chose during checkout.
Proof Round Revision Limit
You have up to 2 options per round for the first 5 free proof rounds. Additional rounds will incur a $5 charge per proof.
Returns and Refunds
Non Customized Items
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-customized items, regardless of the reason for return.
Customized Items
Customized items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or not as per your design proof. In such an unlikely event, we will either issue a full refund or replace the product for you.
