After placing an order for a customized or personalized product, our team will use a clear and efficient five-step process to create a custom sign that meets your design preferences and personalization details.

1. Gather order details and personalization preferences.
2. Develop the sign design and provide proofs for you to review.
3. Produce the sign using laser cutting, hand painting, and printing if necessary.
4. Allow the sign to dry for at least one day.
5. Carefully package the sign for safe delivery.

After completing your design, expect to receive your shipment within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping time depends on the carrier and option you chose during checkout.

Proof Round Revision Limit

You have up to 2 options per round for the first 5 free proof rounds. Additional rounds will incur a $5 charge per proof.

Returns and Refunds

Non Customized Items

We offer a 30-day return policy for non-customized items, regardless of the reason for return.

Customized Items

Customized items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or not as per your design proof. In such an unlikely event, we will either issue a full refund or replace the product for you.

Can I see a sketch before you make it?
Yes - our design team will send you a sketch the same or the next business day after you place your order.
