The website creation process unfolds in several stages. The estimated total time for completing a website is 10-15 business days, provided we receive all the necessary information within the established timeline. Here are the steps:

1. After selecting a template for your website and placing an order, you will receive an email with a link to a Google Form. In this form, you will need to choose which sections to keep and which to remove. For the sections you decide to keep, please provide the necessary information. You have 3 business days to complete the form, and it auto-saves your progress. You can fill in part of the form upon receiving it, exit, and return to the link in the email when needed.
2. Once we receive the form with all the information about the site, we immediately begin creating the website. We also have 3 business days to work on this.
3. At the latest, 6 business days after placing the order, you will receive a link to the demo version of the site. You have 1-2 days to review the result and send us an email with your thoughts and suggestions regarding layout, colors, images, etc. Let us know what you would like to change, remove, or add to the site.
4. After receiving your email with suggestions, we make fixes and modifications within 1-2 days. Once everything is finalized, we provide a response confirming that everything has been implemented and is ready for your review.
5. Review and Refinement: We'll iterate through Steps 3 and 4 until we achieve a result that satisfies you. After thoroughly checking all the information on the site, you provide your initial agreement for placing the site under the specified domain name. IMPORTANT: Steps 3 and 4 can be repeated FREE of charge up to 10 times. Any additional modifications beyond the 10th will incur charges. For details on our charging policy, please refer to the Fees and Refunds section below.
6. The website is then deployed under the specified domain name.

In less than 2 weeks, you'll have an online business card in the form of a website that truly represents you.

Our fee structure and refund policy are outlined below:

Free Iterations: Steps 3 and 4 of the website creation process can be iterated free of charge up to 10 times. Each repetition beyond this limit incurs a fee. After each modification in Steps 3 and 4, a fee will be applied. The cost for each modification beyond the 10 free attempts will be $30 per iteration. Upon completion of the project, you will receive an invoice detailing the total amount for any modifications beyond the package limit.

Additional Options for Your Website

If you've come across something on another website that you liked and would like us to implement it for you, inform us during the form completion or during the revision and adjustment stage. We can provide this service at a rate of $30 per hour. Please note that this is an individual option, and we cannot set a fixed price since each option has its own complexity, requiring varying amounts of time for implementation, hence billed on an hourly basis.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

1. If we fail to deliver the website within the estimated time frame.
2. If the website does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, and we are unable to address the issues satisfactorily.
3. A refund of 70% is provided only if you are not satisfied with the received results by the project's completion.
4. If you placed an order on the website and, for a period of 3 months, you do not respond to emails, messages, or complete the information form, and then return stating that you want a refund because you no longer want the website, the refund in this case is only 50% of the total amount.
5. If you placed an order on the website and, for a period of 8 months, you do not respond to emails, messages, or complete the information form, and then return stating that you want a refund because you no longer want the website, no refund will be provided.
6. After the completion of the website, once you confirm that everything is okay and we can place it on your chosen domain name, you have a 3-day working period to request a 100% refund if the website does not meet your expectations. After this 3-day period, a refund will not be possible.
